Deep Cleaning, Repair & Sanding

On day one we will arrive at your home and make introductions.   We will then walk through the project and review expectations.  Next we  will mask your floors and countertops to protect them before the work begins.  We will then remove the cabinet door and drawer faces to  transport to our shop

Every surface, box or face, is inspected, deep cleaned and lightly  sanded.  Additional sanding and wood filler are done and applied as needed.  All box and molding seams will be caulked prior to painting to create a seamless look.  All nail holes and damaged areas will be  filled.

Spraying Top Coat

Prior to spraying, the remaining masking will be completed.  All appliances, backsplash, walls and cabinet openings will be covered.  Now will begin the process of spraying multiple thin coats to achieve factory like results.  Multiple coats of tinted 2K (post catalyzed) primer are sprayed for optimum adhesion and stain blocking.

On to the top coat!  After full color coverage is achieved, all surfaces will then be sprayed a water-based topcoat.  The top coat is a must as it dictates sheen, adds a level of extreme durability, and gives the wood that easy cleaning smooth factory feel.  While all products will fade over time, our tinted top coat will keep the intend color for much longer then a clear coat finish!
